Mabo Media in Teesside has been brought in by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust to handle its pay per click.
It comes as the charity seeks to increase its exposure online.
“When we started discussions with Mabo Media, we were very impressed with how they conducted themselves,” said Richard Sykes of The Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.
“They were very open and transparent with their service offering, to the extent that we did not have to sign any form of a contract to work with them. This is pretty much unheard of in their industry, so we were very keen to see how we could work together.”
The Trust cares for 100 nature reserves in the county, including Spurn National Nature Reserve and Flamborough Cliffs.
“While working on this account we have managed to halve their spend which was attracting a lot of irrelevant traffic. We then reinvested this in more relevant traffic, which has seen the click through rate improve by 55%,” added added Matthew Soakell, PPC account manager.
“As we start to analyse the data within this advertising account we will look to hit further milestones. I look forward to working with Yorkshire Wildlife Trust during 2018, to help raise awareness of the fantastic work they do.”
