Ilkley-based online training provider High Speed Training has become an Employee Owned Trust.
The shift caps a busy month for High Speed, which also announced its successful B Corp Certification earlier in May.
Founded in 2008, High Speed Training specialises in online compliance training covering sectors from retail and hospitality, construction, education and safeguarding.
By embracing an employee-owned model, High Speed Training aims to foster a culture of shared responsibility, collaboration and long-term success.
High Speed Training has certified more than 2.5million learners in its 15 years in business under the leadership of co-founder and owner Dan Jordan, who remains on the board of directors and oversaw the transfer of the business to its employees. Companies who have benefited from its services include Waterstones and Deliveroo.
