Yorkshire-headquartered games label Team17 has appointed Mark Crawford as its permanent chief financial officer and board director with immediate effect.
Crawford joined the company as interim CFO in November 2019 after previous spells with TravelUp Group, Kingfisher and TP Group.
He oversaw Team17’s 2019 audit, the relocation of its new development studio in Wakefield and the acquisition of Yippee Entertainment Limited.
Chris Bell, non-executive chairman of Team17, said: “We are delighted that Mark has agreed to join Team17 on a permanent basis having made such a strong impression throughout his interim period.
“The board unanimously agreed that Mark has both the skills and experience required to support Team17’s ongoing growth and strategic ambitions.”
Team17 saw earnings rise sharply last year, with revenues up 43% to £61.8m for the year to December 31st 2019, with adjusted EBITDA up 44% to £22.1m.
