Workhouse Marketing has announced a raft of staff changes and a restructure.

The Preston-based agency has promoted Jen Hill, Mark Camp and Kim Cooper to account director with responsibility for heading up larger client-facing teams.

Sarah Lundy is moved up to head of digital strategy with a particular focus on strategic consultancy and the expansion of the agency’s partnership with Marketo.

The shake-up also sees Amy Ratcliffe and Charlotte Duffy promoted to senior account manager, creating a “more structured hierarchy with more opportunities for progression”.

Becky Heap and Will Rhys have also joined the agency as account executives.

Director Martin Meadows said: “It’s a really exciting time for the whole team, we’ve committed to an ambitious growth plan over five years and are well on target.

“The three new account directors will be key to driving the business forward by guiding their respective teams in offering more of the same great marketing, creative and digital services to our ever-growing impressive client list.”

Established in 1992, Workhouse is midway through the five-year Goldman Sachs growth plan. It now employs a total of 36 staff.
