Specialist destination PR and comms agency, We Are Indigo has delivered the strategic opening of aether, the highly anticipated new private terminal lounge at Manchester Airport.
The Manchester agency was selected to deliver the aether brief following a competitive pitch process. Founded by Manchester Airport Group (MAG), and with over 80 years of aviation experience, CAVU, the company behind aether, is responsible for premium international airport lounges, with aether set to be its latest product.
Prior to the official unveiling, We Are Indigo was instrumental in advising on aether’s launch strategy, including partnerships with Adam Reid, renowned head chef at the helm of Adam Reid at The French, and Harvey Nichols.
The agency created and led the press launch of aether. We Are Indigo worked with luxury hotel Dakota, where the breakfast press conference was held for national and regional media. This was followed by an evening at the hotel in collaboration with Harvey Nichols for key influencers.
We Are Indigo’s appointment by aether, comes as the agency continues to expand its luxury destination client roster, after recently announcing the addition of Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, to its high-end Ibiza portfolio.
To support its growth, We Are Indigo also welcomes two new team members: Izzy Guy as Account Manager and Aiden Ronson as Account Executive. Izzy joins from B2B Manchester agency MC2, while Aiden moves from Perowne International in London, where he worked with luxury travel brands such as Gleneagles and De L’Europe Amsterdam.
