Aardman Animations co-founder Peter Lord has been unveiled as a keynote speaker at Manimation, Manchester’s annual gathering for the UK animation community.
Now in its seventh year, Manimation will take place at Social 7 in MediaCityUK on Monday 11th November. The Manchester Animation Festival begins the next day.
Alongside Lord, one of the creators of the Wallace and Gromit characters, there will also be a keynote speech from Sarah Muller, Head of BBC Children’s Acquisitions and Independent Animation.
Manimation delegates will also have the opportunity to pre-book meetings with experts from the likes of BBC Children’s, eOne, Turner and Milkshake! Channel 5.
