Jack Rigby, who’s led the communications for Vita Group’s portfolio from Stockport County to property and tech has launched his own agency.
He said that his newly established The PR Barn was about “unleashing brand potential” through creative communications. That includes PR, events, social and brand development.
“When I graduated, I dreamt of setting up my own PR consultancy, so today, it’s incredibly exciting to officially announce the launch of The PR Barn and see that dream turn to reality,” he said.
“We’ve already hit the ground running picking up business from clients old and new, helping to unleash their potential through creative communications. We’re keen to build upon this, delivering stand-out campaigns which get people talking, clicking and importantly, deliver against objectives.”
Rigby started out on the agency side, working at Brazen and BJL [now Dentsu] before a 7 year stint at Carousel PR in Manchester. He joined Vita Group in 2021.
As its Group Head of PR and Outreach, he was tasked with promoting Mark Stott’s wide portfolio of businesses. He defined and launched its Union co-living brand, and more recently Uhaus. Stott also owns Stockport County and was an early investor in the Rio Ferdinand-backed DeliveryApp.
