One of the North’s longest-established agencies is celebrating 30 years in the game this month.
Leeds-based Network Design and Marketing was founded in 1992, and even if you’re not familiar with the agency, you’re sure to know some of its clients. Network has worked with Thornton & Ross (Zoflora, Savlon, Oilatum, Cetraben) for 25 years, Church & Dwight (Nair, Femfresh, Viviscal, Replens) for ten years and global healthcare and life sciences brand Ecolab for 29 years, in one form or another.
Founder and MD, Dominic Adams, said: “We’ve always tried to be true to our original mission of providing ‘a conscientious service from experts’ and I think that is what has stood us in good stead, combined with a real desire to get the best results for our clients.”

In an industry that celebrates scaling up, Network has always kept its core team to a modest size. Account director Emma Steel explained: “This is an intentional approach, keeping us firmly focussed on our clients and ultimately enabling us to offer great value for money. We’re still committed to developing the next generation through apprenticeship, with two recently passing with distinction and now permanent members of the team.”
