Online retailer provider The Very Group has announced it is partnering with commerce platform commercetools to transform the technology behind its ecommerce platform.
The group revealed the partnership is one of the first in a series of investments in technology and talent it plans to make in 2022, to further improve its digital customer experience.
The new partnership with commercetools will aim to boost Very’s strategy to modernise its technology and to deliver customer experience changes more frequently and faster.
From March 2022, Very will begin migrating each stage of the customer journey from its existing digital commerce platform over to commercetools.
