Venn Digital has opened a new HQ in Alderley Park, spurred by a significant increase in headcount and the growing desire to return to the office among its team.
The digital strategies and recruitment SaaS specialist increased the size of its team by 61 per cent in 2022, and they can all now count themselves among the first tenants of the recently launched tech hub, Nest.
CEO Brian Whigham said, “Having been overwhelmed with the team’s desire to come back full time, we wanted to reward our staff with a state-of-the-art office, with a yoga studio, wellness suite, and lots of communal working space.”
The private Venn suite offers flexible working space with double the capacity of the previous office, and this could fill up pretty quickly too with a further 30 vacancies budgeted across 2023.
Fiona Gordon, general manager, added: “Moving to Nest fulfills our vision of creating a collaborative space for employees and clients to enjoy. The spaces allow us to host more face-to-face events, providing even more positive experiences for our clients.”
