Vega signs on to help launch AO Arena’s new, exclusive hospitality offer The Mezz

The new Mezz suite at AO Arena

Manchester agency Vega has teamed up with venue and event management giant ASM Global to promote the launch of The Mezz, a new luxury mezzanine suite at Manchester’s AO Arena set to open in early 2024.

The Mezz is part of a new multi-million pound redevelopment of Europe’s largest indoor arena and is the next instalment of the venue’s premium facilities following the launch of The Beautiful North suites last year.

Prolific North was offered a sneak peek at the arena’s latest hospitality offerings and ongoing refurb last month, and we can confirm that if you have a hospitality budget burning a hole in your pocket they definitely offer some of the best seats in the house.

The Mezz is the AO’s new, members-only level offering grandstand views of events on the stage below alongside the best of British and global cuisine, champagne, fine wines, cocktails and pre and post-show entertainment.

Vega worked with its partners to create a campaign to raise awareness of The Mezz and drive response to the bespoke sales portal. Targeting an audience of senior business leaders, owners and high net worth individuals from across the North West, the launch phase of the campaign is a multi-layered channel mix across digital PR, LinkedIn, Meta, email and direct mail.

Vega Co-founder Jon Hall said: “It’s a fantastic opportunity for Vega to extend its relationship with ASM Global and help bring The Mezz to market. The Mezz will be a world class, world beating experience, full luxury VIP entertainment and Vega are proud to be playing a part.”

The Mezz membership packages include access to over 50 shows throughout the year with bar packages starting from £8,500 per year and restaurant packages starting from £12,500 per year.
