IMA-HOME has been awarded lead agency status by heating company, Vaillant.
While the pitch covered three separate lots, IMA-HOME responded with an integrated approach across B2B and B2C audiences, reflecting the connection between audience and touchpoint behaviour in the category. This encouraged Vaillant to place all elements of the media mix under one agency roof.
IMA-HOME managing director, Alex Uprichard, expands: “This win really shows our strength as an integrated agency, as the work stems across a number of our specialisms. Vaillant will be working with a large team in Media, from TV to PPC, with both B2C and B2B plans needed. This is connected with our Social and Content team to create valuable content for SEO. We can’t wait for the work to go live this autumn.”
