MediaCityUK-based digital agency Unbranded Manchester has announced the upcoming launch of its new deals platform and press tool, M&A Hub.
Until now, Unbranded has operated within the white-label sector. Having completed research recently into new markets, Unbranded found a niche within the mergers and acquitions (M&A) industry.
The soon-to-be-released M&A Hub will serve as an online platform, free to use for professionals and businesses, where deals can be promoted. The system, built within Unbranded’s dedicated in-house platform, also has a direct link to both national, regional and specialist press, letting businesspeople promote a completed deal to a wider audience than formerly possible.
It also helps advisors search deals within a particular sector, using Unbranded’s own ranking system. Once a deal is complete and submitted, the platform is able to populate social media channels automatically.
Unbranded Manchester hope that the M&A Hub will solve the problems of low traffic numbers to businesses’ deals done pages, a lack of tools for finding advisors and funders for M&A deals, and the trouble many find contacting the relevant figures in the press to promote the deal. The site is currently in its final stages of completion, and is soon to launch.
Steve Wilson, Unbranded Manchester’s Director, told Prolific North: “We’ve got the system to a point now where it can accept deals in bulk from professionals, and we’ve had a number of professionals of different sizes trying the system out for us. [Launch is] very imminent.
“It’s a platform for businesses to quickly find the right advisers, but also gives advisors extra power to market deals and build their press networks as well, bringing their deal marketing into the 21st century.
“It can all be done on desktop and mobile very, very quickly. We’re following it up with a web app as well, so people will be able to launch the site through a simple tap on their phone.”
