The UKFast name is to disappear following a rebrand of the merged ANS and UKFast group.
The company will now be known as ANS, signalling an end to its association with UKFast co-founder, Lawrence Jones.
He stepped down as CEO of UKFast in 2019, following a series of allegations in the Financial Times, and will face trial at Manchester Crown Court in February after pleading not guilty to a single count of rape and 4 counts of sexual assault last year.
He and co-founder Gail Jones exited the company in 2020, as private equity group, Inflexion, increased its investment to 75%.
