Leeds agency Finn has bolstered its team with the appointment of two new Senior Account Directors.
Louise Norgate was previously at Live and Breathe leading on the Morrisons account, where she managed client communications, process, strategy, creative and visuals for the supermarket’s in-store marketing and brand campaigns.
She said: “I’m very excited to become a ‘Finnster’. Finn’s progressive brand management model was also a real draw for me because it recognises the many challenges facing brand leaders today. I can’t wait to help my clients navigate their way through this increasingly complex world we live in.”
Ben Norman also joins Finn’s integrated client services team and previously worked at Principles Agency. He has worked on brands including Seabrook Crisps, ASDA, Halfords and Astonish Cleaners.
He said: “Finn’s strategic perspective on the FMCG sector (and beyond) is both innovative, relevant and importantly, insight-driven. I am ready to roll up my sleeves and ‘get stuck in’ helping the good ones, the brands that matter, win in today’s challenging environment.”
The new hires take headcount at Finn – which was set up in 2006 – to 38.
Rich Rawlins, Finn’s founder, added: “We’re entering a very exciting time for the agency as more and more of our clients turn to us for strategic brand management guidance.
“Louise and Ben’s experience in FMCG brand marketing will be a real asset to our clients and the agency and we are delighted to have them both on board.”
