Jam has strengthened its creative team with the addition of three key players.
Joining the creative team are Elly Knott as lead creative, Rebecca Johnstone as senior creative, and Emily Duffield as creative account manager.
Knott, Jam’s new lead creative, comes with nine years of experience across top creative agencies. Her expertise spans branding, web design, print, digital, and full-scale campaigns, with sector know-how in ecommerce, property, fintech, and education with clients like NHS, Edge Hill University, and All Things Butter. She will be at the centre of Jam’s creative output, driving results with fresh ideas and delivering standout solutions.
Johnstone, stepping into the role of senior creative, brings over seven years of experience across branding, websites, video content, and illustration. She’s worked with powerhouse brands like TruTravels, Ladbrokes, and the Sir Bobby Charlton Foundation, and now she’ll be pushing creative boundaries within Jam’s ever-expanding client portfolio.
Duffield, creative account manager, has over five years of marketing experience under her belt. She’ll be leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring Jam’s campaigns strike a chord with target audiences and that the creative team fires on all cylinders. Emily’s role marks the start of building out a dedicated client services team at Jam – a significant move that reflects the agency’s rapid growth and focus on delivering exceptional client services.
Dave Gee, co-founder and creative director at Jam, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Elly, Rebecca, and Emily to the team. Their talent and fresh perspectives are already shaking things up, and we’re expanding our capabilities in exciting new ways. With this dream team on board, we’re set to deliver even more impactful, results-driven campaigns for our clients.”
Jam’s clients include Raisin UK, Perfect Pet Insurance, Constance Hotels & Resorts, and more.
