Manchester-based brand-led design and digital agency BGN has been appointed by The Cosmopolitan, Green Pantry and Howell’s School to deliver a series of branding, digital and marketing projects over the coming months.
The agency will be working with The Cosmopolitan – one of the oldest and most iconic hotels in Leeds – which is now being refurbished by its owners Belfont Hotels Ltd. BGN won the brief following a joint pitch with Embryo – the Manchester-based independent search-first marketing agency. The project will include the creation of a brand identity, website and suite of supporting marketing collateral for the hotel and its new restaurant. A teaser launch campaign is expected to go live early in the New Year.
The second win is with Green Pantry which specialises in healthy holistic pet food. BGN will be developing and crafting a refreshed and newly modernised visual brand identity that will be based around its existing heritage. The main aim will be to create stand out in what is a crowded category by focusing on its premium product range, and why pet owners should choose it over other brands. BGN won the work following a competitive pitch. The new brand and its associated packaging designs are expected to launch in Q1 2024.
The final brief is with Howell’s School in Cardiff which is Wales’ premier independent school. It educates girls aged three to 18 and boys aged 16 to 18 and is part of the GDST (Girls’ Day School Trust). The GDST is the leading network of independent girls’ schools in the UK that is comprised of 25 schools including two academies. Over the coming months, BGN will be delivering a new value proposition, brand identity and a detailed set of brand guidelines.
Antonio Giansante, managing director and founder of BGN, said: “We have always prided ourselves on having a varied portfolio of clients and this latest round of wins reflects that. We are delighted to be working with Green Pantry, The Cosmopolitan and Howell’s School as we build towards their respective launches.”
