MediaCityUK’s TM Studios has created a package of custom music themes for Magic Classical, the first project in a new multi-year partnership with the Magic Radio brand.
The tracks reflect the different eras of classical music, including Baroque and Romantic, and were recorded by musicians in the UK and the USA.
Chris Ward, group operational director at Bauer Media Audio UK, said: “We challenged TM to compose a set of jingles as beautiful and iconic as the music on Magic Classical, and they absolutely delivered. The detail in each theme is incredible.”
Chris Stevens, co-owner of TM Studios, added: “Working with Bauer’s team on this project has been really exciting, and it’s great to now hear the themes on air across the UK.”
Fellow co-owner Dave Bethell added: “Being asked to create a broad range of classical music-based branding for Magic Classical was an honour and proves that TM Studios can deliver effective music branding for any format.”
TM Studios is based at Salford’s MediaCityUK, as well as in Texas. The company was acquired by Chris Stevens, Dave Bethell and Greg Clancy in 2020, and TM’s jingles can be heard on thousands of stations globally, including Boom Radio, Nation Radio and Original 106 in the UK.
