Martin Tingle has been appointed Managing Director of Vizeum Manchester as the agency looks to further raise its profile in the north.
Tingle will join the Dentsu Aegis Network-owned agency in August 2016.
He is currently Vice President, UK Sales at Specific Media/VIANT UK.
Tingle will report to Elliot Muscant, managing director of Dentsu Aegis Network North.
He said: “It’s a really exciting time to join Vizeum’s management team as they enter their fourth year of continued growth.
“With the backing of Dentsu Aegis Network, I am looking forward to helping Vizeum Manchester continue to deliver outstanding business performance for clients in an incredibly dynamic market.”
Elliot Muscant, managing partner of Dentsu Aegis Network North, added: “Over the past 18 years Martin has developed a well-deserved reputation as a highly commercial industry leader.
“His appointment will accelerate Vizeum’s growth and further underlines Dentsu Aegis Network North’s status as the pre-eminent media operation outside of London.”
Vizeum launched in Manchester in 2013 and operates across a variety of sectors, including retail and financial services.
