ThinkOTB has helped Leeds commercial insurance broker McCarron Coates, which specialises in the transport and construction sectors, transform its brand profile over the course of the last 12 months.
The creative marketing agency, which works with some of the biggest brands in the world, also supports smaller up-and-coming businesses by helping raise their profile and showcasing their expertise to a wider audience.
McCarron Coates was set up in 2018 by directors Paul Coates and Ian McCarron, and quickly established itself as a leader in its field, using tailored insurance solutions to develop long-term partnerships. An additional director, Luigi Maggio, joined the business in 2021.
ThinkOTB support McCarron Coates across the full marketing mix, including both print and digital media, working closely with the leadership team to not only help bring the McCarron Coates brand to life and deliver on key business objectives, but to ensure the core values of the business shine through all marketing activity. A new website will also launch soon, built from the ground up, to provide a first-class design and user experience.
The Leeds-based agency, which has more than 30 years’ experience in marketing, also recently supported the launch of the broker’s new, market-leading service, RTC Crisis Line, which gives drivers involved in serious incidents access to legal representation at the roadside in the immediate aftermath – something no one else is currently thought to be providing.
ThinkOTB managing director, Jo Waddington, said: “It has been great to collaborate with a fellow Leeds-based company and help it flourish. We are proud to support successful local businesses like McCarron Coates that are the bedrock of Yorkshire’s economy and key to its continuing growth.
“Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, both large and small, in order for them to maximise their value is at the heart of what we do. We’ve developed a great relationship with the team at McCarron Coates and have really enjoyed working with them over the past year. Long may it continue.”
