A pair of THG employees were celebrating a happy new year in in the opening days of 2023 as they picked up £50,000 worth of equity to mark their employee of 2022 awards.
Senior data analyst James Robinson was awarded group employee of the year, while commercial finance manager Charlotte Pratska picked up group newcomer of the year. Both were awarded £50,000 in THG equity for their efforts.
Robinson, said: “I am proud to have worked at THG for four years and am delighted to have won Employee of the Year. [2022 was] a year of change in my career, seeing me step into a new leadership role managing both the CRM and data functions in THG’s Nutrition division. I am proud to have taken the challenge head-on and to have received recognition from the business with this award.”
The latest gifts continue a generous few months at the Manchester digital giant, which reported strong results for Q3 2022 in late October following record-setting half-year results the previous month.
In June last year the company announced it would hand out almost 25,000 shares to employees below executive level at the end of 2022, 23 and 24, subject to targets being met, while in July founder and CEO Matthew Moulding gifted close to £1m in shares to friends, according to a submission to the LSE.
