TechForGood, the fast-growing B Corp technology supplier, has officially launched its operations in the UK to help businesses achieve their environmental, social and governance (ESG) ambitions and support charities aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Based in Calderdale, West Yorkshire, the certified B Corp company supplies cutting-edge technology products and solutions to businesses and donates half of the net profits made from purchases to the buyer’s chosen cause.
TechForGood has already received its first major orders with a UK challenger bank with certified B Corp status.
TechForGood has partnered with small and medium-sized third sector organisations including Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice in Huddersfield, climate charity Hope For The Future and The Big Issue street newspaper.
As well as providing financial support, TechForGood offers cost effective IT support to nonprofits to help them get the best value for money from their technology.
The company has also implemented a first-of-its-kind Carbon Offset Plan, committing to offsetting the carbon footprint of every product they sell before point of sale.

Leading UK corporates have committed to spend £1bn with social enterprises under the Buy Social Corporate Challenge. They have reached £350m since 2016.
The government-backed challenge helps large businesses to engage with innovative suppliers and embed ESG into their core operations and helps social enterprises to grow their revenues and impact by tapping into corporate purchasing power.
TechForGood has achieved B Corp status, a certificate of high standards of verified performance, accountability and transparency. Certified B Corporations are leaders in a global movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.

The UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals address global challenges including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.
