Manchester-based Travel Counsellors for Business, has named Wayne Durkin as its new Head of Business Development.
He joins the personal tech platform for travel entrepreneurs from CRTM, where he was Director of Business Development. Before that he worked at Clyde Travel Management, Good Travel Management, Meon Valley, and Griffin (now ATPI).

In the new role, he will lead the direct sales strategy, oversee new client acquisition targets, and “nurture and expand” the business development team to support its corporate growth strategy.

Last year, the company’s corporate travel sales surpassed £200m for the first time.
