TBWAMCR wins British Cycling pitch

British Cycling has appointed TBWA\MCR following a competitive pitch.

The Manchester agency has been brought in to develop a new creative platform for the organisation’s advertising communications. This will focus on recruiting new members for the national governing body.

“TBWA’s insight and creative platform really captured the spirit of what we as a body are trying to achieve in bringing the joy of cycling to as wide an audience as possible,” explained Darren Henry Commercial Director at British Cycling.

British Cycling has 145k members and over 2k affiliated clubs.

“As a business with many active cyclists we are delighted to be working with British Cycling to help drive participation and membership and recruit the cycling stars of the future,” added Fergus McCallum CEO of TBWA\MCR.
