Creative communications agency Tangerine has announced its turnover has passed £5 million, reporting record growth.
In the week in which it marks its 20th year in business, the Manchester agency is celebrating this recent success, and now employs more than 100 people, twice as many as it did a year ago.
This year also marks five years since Tangerine moved to become employee-owned. It works with clients including Specsavers, Dunelm and Ideal Standard.
The agency is now led by Sam Gregory and Mary Harding (pictured), joint CEOs of the agency who held the position of joint MD until 2021 as the agency grew and changed its structure.
It was founded in 2002 by Sandy Lindsay MBE, the agency’s Chair, who said: “2022 is a huge year for us… It is only because of our team’s enthusiasm, talent, and dedication that we have reached this milestone.
“I am particularly proud that Tangerine has managed to achieve this fantastic growth over the last 20 years whilst still maintaining our core values.”
Mary Harding added: “Reaching our 20th anniversary is a fantastic moment in our history and a significant achievement in the agency world. We’re looking forward to celebrating the milestone, but are also very excited about embarking on the next stages in our growth plans and seeing where that will take us.”
