Liverpool-headquartered SysGroup PLC has announced a 46% increase in revenue to £10.5 million for the year to 31st March 2018.
In the last 12 months the managed IT services and cloud hosting provider has acquired Rockford IT Ltd and announced a three-year £1m contract win with Home Bargains.
SysGroup, which also revealed organic revenue growth of 21%, has increased its headcount by 168% in the last two years and plans further growth across its Liverpool, London and Telford sites.
Adam Binks was appointed as CEO in April of this year, while Mike Fletcher and Mark Quatermaine were appointed as non-executive directors.
Furthermore, the company has announced that Martin Audcent, a chartered accountant who joins from NCC Group Plc, will be appointed to the role of CFO from 16th July 2018.

SysGroup delivers a wide range of managed IT services, cloud hosting, IT security and consultancy services under one core brand. The company works with a total of 950 customers across a number of regions and sectors, including financial services, insurance, retail, technology, not-for-profit, education and healthcare.
