The BBC has released a tribute video for Bill Turnbull, as he finished his last day on BBC Breakfast.
Turnbull has presented the show for almost 15 years and will be replaced by Dan Walker, who had his last show on BBC Radio 5 Live yesterday.
Turnbull joked before the show that there was a “no tears order” and just about managed it, saying:
“Thank you for letting me into your homes in the morning, whether you’ve been with us for the past 15 years or just this morning, I hope you’ve found it worthwhile. It certainly has been for me.”
