Wilmslow-based SPORTFIVE has secured a new shirt sponsor for Southampton FC – Veho the electronics manufacturer.
The international sports marketing business, which has been in business for more than three decades, arranged a deal for Veho to become Saints’ front shirt brand starting for the 2014/15 season.
SPORTFIVE was exclusively appointed by the Premier League club to manage the sponsorship sales process on an international scale and present suitable prospective sponsors to the club.
In a release today, Gareth Rogers, Southampton FC CEO, said SPORTFIVE had been instrumental in bringing about attractive commercial offers.
Managing director of SPORTFIVE, Carl Woodman said: “We firmly believe that Veho is an excellent partnership choice – as a Hampshire-based company with offices across the world offering lifestyle consumer electronics, both parties will truly benefit from the partnership on both a local and an international level.”
