SocialChain “living on frontier of brand and audience value” with new launch

SocialChain has set up a new social-first consultancy, StrategyChain.

The Brave Bison-owned business said that the new operation came about following a series of major comms strategy and business transformation projects for the likes of John Lewis, Jameson and SharkNinja.

“Living on the frontier of brand and audience value, no one is better placed to support our clients to develop longer-term strategies for brand growth,” said SocialChain CEO Jacinta Faul.

“Our StrategyChain offering has already seen massive early success with the likes of Jameson Whiskey and SharkNinja and we’re excited to roll it out on a wider scale.”

Faul said that StrategyChain would place social at the centre of marketing strategies through 4 core services: brand strategy; communications strategy; product innovation; and business transformation. 

“Our strategy team has been helping clients harness social to drive marketing and business outcomes for years, with the most success coming from brands built from ‘social out.’” added Ric Hayes, Group Strategy Director at SocialChain. 

“Our StrategyChain offer responds to growing demand for strategic thinking that makes social the foundation of brand strength and business growth. I’m excited to be part of a team building brands that don’t just use social but are fundamentally built around it.”

StrategyChain’s output will be produced by SocialChain’s creative, influencer marketing, paid media, community management and measurement and analytics teams. 

SocialChain has offices in Manchester, London and New York and was co-founded by Dominic McGregor and Dragon’s Den entrepreneur Steven Bartlett

It was acquired by Brave Bison Group in 2023 for £7.7m. Last month SocialChain reported record revenues of £11m and year-on-year profit growth of 50%.
