You’ll be heading up AO’s Social Media team with responsibility for the social strategy across AO Retail and its social platforms. You’ll also have chance to work with partners at the AO Arena, Sale Sharks Rugby Team and the Manchester Thunder Netball Team.
Working alongside the wider team and social agencies, you’ll define the strategy for AO, ensuring its are leading the way in this space.
This means being the guardian for the AO brand across all social channels; leading social media strategy, ensuring it is aligned to business priorities, brand purpose and rooted in customer and market insight

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a social media role where you have significantly grown engaging social communities with the confidence and knowledge to take ownership for strategy.
Consistent record of accomplishment in delivering campaigns that meet or exceed the agreed KPIs.
