Smoking Gun has won a competitive pitch to run a social media advertising campaign for Pennine Care NHS Trust Foundation.
The Manchester agency has been brought on board to help the NHS Trust recruit up to 200 new staff for its mental health and learning disability transformation programme.
“Smoking Gun has vast experience in the paid social arena and impressed us with the team’s sector and target audience knowledge. We needed an agency we could genuinely collaborate with for this campaign, ensuring we used our in-house creative expertise to make resources work as hard as possible to fill these jobs efficiently,” explained Louise Lewis, communications manager at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
“Smoking Gun’s ethos and attitude made them the stand out choice and we’ve already seen a campaign that stands apart from the sector norms and is delivering good results.”
Rick Guttridge, Smoking Gun’s Managing Director added:
“The team loves the chance to use its skill set for meaningful work and supporting the NHS in recruiting mental health specialists has never felt more timely and compelling.”
