Cheshire-based B2B communications agency Skout has appointed Claire James to the new role of Client Services Director.
James, who joined the business three years ago as senior Account Director, has been promoted to develop and strengthen relationships across the agency’s client base.
In her new role, James will identify opportunities for new services to be developed and support the agency through its next stage of growth.
Commenting on her appointment, James said: “As client services director, I’m looking forward to developing more brilliant business relationships across our client base and ensuring that our programmes are working as hard as possible for our clients and delivering against their objectives.”
Skout founder and managing director, Rob Skinner, added: “The client services director role is brand new to Skout, and something we’ve identified a requirement for as we continue to win new business and grow our team. Claire is a great fit for the role and will provide the strategic direction we need to further develop our ‘brilliant business relationships’ proposition and become an integral communications partner to our clients. With ambitious new business development targets, we’re confident that Claire will help take Skout from strength to strength.”
