NHS Barnsley has turned to intelligent automation company, Future Workforce in a bid to enable staff to focus on critical patient care.
The Bucharest-based tech firm will deliver an automation programme using the Microsoft Power Programme. This will automate a number of key processes across patient booking, clinical referrals, back office and finance.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with NHS Barnsley. We have a unique opportunity to digitise key business processes to increase efficiency across the Hospital so that more time can be spent on critical patient care,” stated Dan Johnson, Director at Future WorkForce, which also has bases in London and the Netherlands.
Future Workforce stated that they would be looking at solutions from low code applications, to robotic processes, automation, intelligent document understanding and AI.
