A Manchester PR agency has picked up a raft of new property clients over the holiday period.
Roland Dransfield has been appointed by businesses including Logik Developments, Praxis Holdings, Legal & General and Renaker Build.
Logik Developments has asked the agency to support its current development portfolio, with a campaign including media relations and social media/content.
Roland Dransfield will represent commercial property investor Praxis by creating a bespoke placemaking and events strategy for tenants of Concord Business Park.
The agency also took a brief from Legal & General and recently launched the upscale West Tower skyscraper, part of the Deansgate Square development, creating a launch party around a campaign titled “Superstar Living”.
And the team was approached by Renaker to handle the launch of South Tower – West Tower’s taller and more luxurious neighbour.
In addition, Roland Dransfield has secured new business from national property management company Mainstay Group, Manchester’s first co-living scheme Oppidan Life and The English Cities Fund.
