Jeanie’s role will be to support the development of the team’s brand strategy and creative approach, to set Bears Women apart from the cricket competition, and provide them with a unique voice in women’s sport.

“This is a moment that we are all excited for at Warwickshire, to put our men’s and women’s team side-by-side on an equal platform,” said Chris Airey, Head of Marketing at Warwickshire.

“We wanted to enlist the expertise of See You At Jeanie’s to understand how we unlock new audiences, develop distinction from the men’s team, and apply a female-lens across our marketing activity. They have opened our eyes to so much potential and provided us with a strong platform to work from.”

Jules Hilson, Co-Founder at Jeanie’s added:

“There is a clear sense of intention and ambition around the women’s game at Warwickshire. We’re working with a dynamic, motivated team who want to make a positive impact in women’s cricket, and more broadly in women’s sport. Together we’re building an innovative, creative approach to Bears Women, with a vision for how the team will show up and deliver impact on the pitch, across grassroots and with fan communities.”
