Rotherham printing company bought by Hertfordshire creative agency

Rosehill Press

Rotherham-based printing company Rosehill Press has been bought by Hertfordshire creative agency Grace Group.

The majority of Rosehill Press’s staff have been retained and a new management team of founder Martin Horner, as managing director, chief executive Steve Day, chief commercial officer Dominic Walsh and chief financial officer David Oakley-Brown put in place.

In a statement, Rosehill Press said it was “business as usual” and it was aiming to “drive forward with an increased offering, industry specialisms and improved company/ group efficiencies”.

Rosehill Press was founded in 1985 and operates from 37,000 square feet premises in Rotherham. Grace Group is based in Ware and has clients including Manchester and London Stanstead airports, the Christie NHS Foundation Trust and brewer McMullen’s.
