Yorkshire-based workforce management software provider RotaCloud has made three new senior hires.

Wayne Adams will be overseeing sales, Jess Treadgold will be heading up project management and delivery, and Andy Wilby will be leading user experience.

Adams was previously in charge of operations at Perkbox and has more than 15 years’ experience in coaching and training sales staff in the tech sector.

Treadgold joins from Realife Tech where she previously spearheaded app delivery for the likes of The O2 Arena and Tottenham. She will be heading up the project management and delivery function at RotaCloud.

Wilby will be leading UX, having spent the last 14 years directing user experience for the likes of HSBC and Aviva.

In its sixth year, RotaCloud has doubled its workforce in the last 12 months and expanded to almost 40 staff in ten departments. Co-founded by James Lintern, Joel Beverley and David Brandon, the former SaaS start-up is now the UK’s leading workforce management software provider, with clients ranging from The NHS to Subway.

All three new hires will report to the business co-founders.

James Lintern, co-founder of RotaCloud, said: “Wayne, Jess and Andy are all fantastic additions to the team. All three have very impressive backgrounds, and we know their skills and expertise will be crucial to help drive RotaCloud through its next growth stage.

“They’re already making a huge impact and we’re well on track to deliver on our ambitious plans for 2021.”
