The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Foo Fighters and now KISS join Modern English’s roster of legendary artists.
The Manchester agency has just launched phase one of the band’s “revolutionary” digital transformation.
In collaboration with Pophouse, it has fully refreshed KISS’s online presence to showcase the band’s rich history.
The new platform also includes:
Birthday KISStory – a unique personalisation tool allowing fans to discover KISS events from their birthdate, intended to create a personal connection to the band.
Album Artwork Animation – Dynamic exploration of KISS’s discography, bringing album art to life through innovative technology.
“Our collaboration with KISS and Pophouse has allowed us to create an immersive online experience that not only celebrates the band’s iconic status but also sets the stage for the next chapter in their storied career. This new platform is designed to connect with long-time fans while also introducing KISS to a new generation of audiences,” said Modern English co-founder Andrew Hirst.
“We’re excited to apply our innovative approaches to yield enhancement and fan engagement in this ongoing campaign. This is just the beginning of an extensive digital transformation for KISS, with more exciting developments to come.”

Hirst’s team worked with Stockholm-headquartered Pophouse, which acquires and develops brands within entertainment – specialising in music catalogue investments. It has acquired the catalogues of KISS, as well as Cyndi Lauper, Avicii and Swedish House Mafia.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Modern English Digital on this exciting digital transformation for KISS,” said Linnea Fickler Platform Development Manager, Pophouse.
“Their expertise in creating immersive experiences for legendary artists made them the perfect partner for this project. Together, we’re not only honouring KISS’s iconic status but also setting a new standard for how fans can engage with their favourite artists.”
