ResponseTap, Europe’s leading call intelligence specialist, has moved its 85-strong team to the £10m Exchange Quays development in Salford.

Significant contract wins in the UK and US mean the company now supports over 2,000 clients worldwide, including British Gas, Aviva, Mercedes Benz and Virgin.
Founder and CEO Ross Fobian said: “After a sustained period of growth, with more and more businesses choosing to work with ResponseTap, we needed extra space. It is essential to us that we provide a first class environment for our talented team, and Exchange Quay more than meets our needs.”
Manchester-based interior design experts Sheila Bird have helped to fit out the offices.
