The business behind a fashion brand set up by former Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley has closed down.
Glam Retail Limited, trading as Myglamstyle.com and currently registered in Manchester, has entered liquidation. The brand’s website shows an error message and does not appear to be trading under a new operating company.
Bardsley is a model and reality television personality, and is married to Stockport County defender Phil Bardsley. The Wigan-born reality TV star was one of the original cast members of The Real Housewives of Cheshire but left the show at the end of 2021.
Wilmslow-based Umbrella Accountants have been appointed to oversee the liquidation of the company, which was incorporated in June 2019, The Gazette states.
Prior to setting up Myglamstyle, Bardsley teamed up with teamed up with Cheshire entrepreneur Stephanie Ledigo to launch Wilmslow’s Tanya Bardo Boutique, which closed its doors in February last year and switched to online sales via the tanyabardo.com website. That site was still trading this morning, with Tanya Bardo Litd’s most recent accounts filed with companies house at the end of January.
2023 is proving a tough year for the Real Housewives of Cheshire. Last month Dress Me Online, the company co-founded by Real Housewives of Cheshire’s, Seema Malhotra, entered administration.
