Manchester Evening News publisher Reach PLC has promoted Tom Harte to Sales Director for the North West.
Harte is currently commercial director for the MEN and Huddersfield and was previously group digital director at CN Media/Newsquest Cumbria.
In his new role he will have responsibility for the commercial operation across Manchester and Huddersfield, Merseyside, North Wales and Cheshire.
Harte said: “I’m delighted to be part of a forward-thinking team working on some of the group’s most exciting titles.”
Reach is also the owner of national titles Daily Mirror and Daily Express as well as regional newspapers including the Liverpool Echo.
