Roland Dransfield has been appointed by Purple Story to develop its regional profile.
The people management and performance consultancy has primarily worked nationwide, but now plans to focus on growth in Greater Manchester.
The company, formed 6 years ago, delivers behaviour-led programmes to break down cultural challenges that may be holding businesses back.
“As Purple Story moves into its next phase of growth, the team is incredibly excited to be bolstering these plans by working with Roland Dransfield,” said Karen Turton, founder and CEO of Purple Story.
“The business’ 28 years’ experience in PR and marketing means that Purple Story will be fully equipped to enter this next stage of evolution, delivering the best possible results for our clients.”
Some of Purple Story’s clients include JW Lees, Flight Club, Revolution Bars and Bella Italia.
“We’re keen to take Purple Story’s passion for people and elevate that on a wider stage through PR, events, relationships, and more,” added Maria Turner, Client Services Director at Roland Dransfield.
“We’re already enjoying being a part of the extended Purple Story team and have no doubt that Purple Story will continue to completely change the HR and hospitality industries through its groundbreaking strategies.”
