Prolific North is looking to appoint three new members of staff as the publishing and events company builds for further growth.
The Manchester-headquartered company has seen its readership grow by 30% year on year with an expanding portfolio of significant Northern events.
Alongside its highly successful awards programme that has included sell-out Prolific North Awards and Northern Marketing Awards, this month will see its biggest ever event, the Digital City Festival, encompassing the two-day Digital City Expo at Manchester Central next week.
Other events in the pipeline include the Prolific North Digital Agencies Dinner and The Great Scale Up Summit.
Its established jobs board and profiles directory also continues to grow, and a new training programme covering everything from podcasting to public speaking has taken off.
And to help support this growth, the publisher is looking for three new members of staff: a Project Manager (Exhibitions), a Commercial Marketing Executive and a Sales and Marketing Executive.
Alexandra Balazs, Prolific North’s Head of Operations, said: “It’s been an exciting year here at Prolific North, marking the debut of our flagship event, Digital City Festival, and we couldn’t have wished for a better reception from the North’s digital community.
“We’ve got some pretty ambitious plans in the pipeline, so these hires are a key part of our growth strategy and furthering our calendar of events going forward. Particularly exciting to me are some of the incredible partnerships we’ve formed recently that we’re looking forward to building on, as well as growing our training portfolio further to help support digital skills in the North.”
Prolific North now reaches over 130,000 unique monthly browsers and is the leading news title for the media, marketing and creative sector in the North, with a daily newsletter subscribed to by over 25,000 industry figures.
