Catherine Jell is currently head of social at Nadine Merabi, a Manchester-based luxury fashion brand. She joined the team in June 2024 after three years at SocialChain, from her most recent position as associate creator director. Jell has worked in marketing, with a specialism in social, for almost 10 years now and has led the social output for brands like KFC UKI, John Lewis & Waitrose, LinkedIn, the British Army, Holland & Barrett, Arla, and more.
Duncan Burns, Head of marketing, Merry Hill Shopping Centre
Duncan Burns is head of marketing at Merry Hill Shopping Centre, a large shopping complex in Brierley Hill in the heart of the West Midlands. He was recently promoted from marketing manager to his current role, and leads a cross-functional customer and retailer experience team at one of the UK’s top 10 retail destinations.
Natalie Chatburn, Consumer Business Director, Tangerine
Natalie Chatburn is a business director at Campaign’s global independent PR agency of the year, Tangerine. She has over 15 years’ experience in consumer communications, with Specsavers, Iceland Foods, The North Face and Hasbro listed as some of her previous and current clients. Starting out in PR, her career has evolved alongside the industry. She now leads on integrated earned campaigns, with a particular passion and focus on social media, and the role it can now play within the wider comms mix.
Jonathan Welsh, Business Director, Tangerine
Jonathan Welsh is a business director at Tangerine and has almost 20 years’ experience in business and corporate communications, advising clients including the UK Government, Iceland, and Kellogg’s. He is an expert in coordinating global campaigns and has in-house experience in a UK fintech start-up where he led stakeholder engagement and social impact campaigning. He started his career working for MPs and has blogged for the Guardian and Huffington Post among others.
