A new 3 year support and development programme is being launched to help Manchester-based SMEs working in the film and television sector.
Jointly funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Creative England, ProConnect will deliver a series of workshops, networking events and one-to-ones, in order to support business growth.
It’s aimed at 4 specific types of firm:
•Production companies
•Facilities company
•Sole traders & entrepreneurs
•Supply chain companies (e.g. hotels, caterers)
It’s being launched on 7th July at the Lowry and is preceded by CELIVE. This celebration of Northern talent features discussions with Sally Wainright (Happy Valley, Last Tango in Halifax), Red’s Nicola Shindler and BAFTA and Tribeca award-winner, Rachel Tunnard.
