Pixel Group has made a further acquisition as it seeks to “expand its UK reach.”
It has acquired Berkshire-based Technique via its Newcastle-based subsidiary, Perfect Image.
Technique is an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) and will become part of a new group strategy for a nationwide provision of IT services and data analytics.

The acquisition follows that of Cyphra in 2021 and means the company adds a presence in the South of England (Thatcham) alongside its offices in Newcastle, Glasgow and Belfast.
Greg Baker, the newly appointed General Manager of Technique will work alongside its founders, who’ll remain in their roles.
