PHA Group lands home fitness press office brief

The PHA Group has won the press office brief for online fitness equipment store and community MuscleSquad.

The brief spans business profiling, thought leadership, product placement, influencer engagement and case study placement.

MuscleSquad was launched in 2017 by budding entrepreneur Chris Billingham, with a product range that includes treadmills, squat racks, dumbbells and benches, amongst other fitness kit.

MuscleSquad has seen a spike in interest in its full service product, which includes provision of home gym equipment and ongoing personal fitness plans, since the coronavirus lockdowns, when the nation turned to at-home exercise as gyms remained closed.

MuscleSquad founder and CEO, Chris Billingham said: “MuscleSquad’s mission is to encourage health and make fitness accessible to everyone. We want to make it easier for everyone to start on their fitness journey, giving them all the tools and knowledge they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
