Software automation firm, Parker Software, is opening a new office in the centre of Manchester.
The company develops a suite of software to help companies live chat with customers; see who is on their website and automate business processes.
Manchester is its third office location, with its head office in Stoke and an American operation, based in Florida.
“Manchester has long been at the forefront of the UK’s thriving technology industry, which is reflected in our recent sales activity in the area,” explained Scott Barnsley, group sales director at Parker Software, who was responsible for initiating the move to Manchester.
Barnsley will be leading a new sales team, based out of its Deansgate office.
