Pair of client wins for The Behaviours Agency

The Behaviours Agency has kick started 2024 with a pair of client wins, with online vehicle marketplace carwow and STEM Learning, who work with the UK Government, employers and educational establishments, to deliver positive STEM interactions for teachers and young people.

With carwow, the agency will provide strategic and creative services for its dealer auctions proposition. Its first brief is to support carwow on developing a campaign to attract dealers to source their vehicle stock from its online auction. The agency’s task is to develop a campaign that will get small and medium sized dealerships to use Carwow as one of their regular stock sources.

The agency will use its behavioural approach to break down barriers and develop a campaign that will raise awareness of the auction service and get people in the habit of using it.

Sue Benson, managing director of The Behaviours Agency said: “We’re really pleased to have been approached by carwow on this particular challenge. We’ve got a wealth of automotive and vehicle dealer experience to bring to the table and we’re really excited to create a successful partnership with the team at carwow, in what is a very exciting time for the business.”

With STEM Learning, The Behaviours Agency has won a competitive tender process for the project, which involves the application of behavioural science to develop a strategy to increase the number of primary teachers achieving certification through the National Centre for Computing Education (NCCE).

Teacher signups and engagement on the certificate are strong but completions are a challenge. So the agency will unleash its behavioural tools to audit the current process for teachers, identify bottlenecks and suggest a range of improvements, which will then be prioritised based on which will make the most difference.

Benson said: “We’re delighted to be able to use our expertise in applying behavioural science to this particular challenge. Improving the skills of teachers is obviously really important, and because we appreciate how busy teachers are, and all the demands they have on their time, our behavioural approach is ideally suited to this challenge.”
