Leeds-based advertising and marketing agency OTB has announced the opening of Manchester and London offices and appointed Jo Waddington and Julian Gratton as joint Managing Partners.
Waddington is Client Services Director and part owner of the agency, while Gratton is former Group Creative Director of APS Group and joined OTB at the start of 2020.
OTB Chairman Mark Davies, who steps aside as Managing Director, said: “OTB has quietly gone about creating joy for our clients and their customers through our creative and strategic work, so now feels like the right time to move the agency forward.
“Putting both Jo and Julian in charge of the running of the agency means we have the right dynamic, experience and drive to continue to deliver exceptional value and even more joy to all our existing and new clients and encourage our people to learn and grow in a positive and fun agency environment.”
Gratton, added: “When I met Jo and Mark at OTB I was immediately impressed with their knowledge, passion and drive to deliver effective creative work and felt that our beliefs regarding how great advertising works were perfectly aligned, so joining the team was a no-brainer for me.
“I spent a month here in September doing some consultancy and was eager to return to help what I see as two true ‘agency people’ drive the business forward to even greater success.”
